Road Sign and Statue - Sarcova

Roadside sign for the commune of Sărcova, composed of two vertical concrete pillars supporting a horizontal beam. The monument includes the inscription in Romanian "Comuna Sârcova", translated in English as "Sârcova Commune". Below is written in Russian "Добро пожаловать": "Welcome". A sculptural group in textured concrete depicts a woman and a man holding a large sheaf of wheat between them, sculpted in socialist realism.
