The building’s upper wall articulated by narrow vertical windows set between angled projecting fins that fold back into the wall plane. The ground floor is fully glazed behind a colonnade of square piers. has been recently reclad and repainted in white and mid-blue, with grey infill panels, the corporate palette of the Transnistrian telecom operator. Blue lettering above the entrance indicates its function: “ЦЕНТР СВЯЗИ », “Communications Centre”. I’d be curious to see what it used to look like – please get in touch if you have any photos.
