Unknown — 1972
Description
The first cultural center in the city of Rybnitsa was located in a one-and-a-half-story building on Kotovskogo Street (lower part of the city). The building, adapted for a club, had a stage, an auditorium, a dressing room and a make-up room. But even then there was a choir, a dance club. But the most beloved and visited event was dancing to a small brass band. Since 1948, a special 2-story club facility was opened. There were already utility rooms and a dance class. Artistic groups of different styles and trends have found a place of residence here. In 1998, the Rybnitsa Department of Culture, based on the Decision of the State Administration of the Rybnitsa District and the city of Rybnitsa, created the Rybnitsa Palace of Culture. Type - Municipal Institution. Today, the Municipal Institution “Rybnitsa Palace of Culture” (abbreviated as MU “RDK”) has 20 club formations, which involve over 400 participants.
