Description
The Palace building was finished in 1984, with a capacity of 600 seats, which is notable for the headquarters of 11 collectives and music and dance ensembles: "Izvorașul", "Iuventa", "Nufărul", "Bobocelul", "Majorette -Show", "Lăcrimioare", Studiou Theater "Masca", Chess Center, "Hobby Boom" Mâini Dibace Circle, Guitar Circle, Municipal Brass Band. Circles that are attended by over 600 children. The Palace of Culture organizes several events, including: ▶ Concerts dedicated to the Winter Holidays, March 8, Child Protection Day, Cahul City Day, Cahul Temple, etc. ▶ International folklore festival "Nufărul Alb" ▶ "Mărțisor" festival ▶ Permanent exhibition of folk craftsmen from the cross-border region (Romania)
