Wall of Glory - Balti

This unique monument is dedicated to the “Honorary Citizens of the Municipality of Bălți” (Cetățenii de onoare ai mun. Bălți / Почётные граждане мун. Бельц). A white concrete base in the shape of the hammer and sickle supports vertical display panels in a green lattice metal frame with portraits, names, and descriptions of individuals who have been awarded honorary citizenship of Balti, ranging from public servants and educators to cultural figures and veterans.
