Hotel Russia / Rossiya - Tiraspol

Tthe Hotel Rossiya is probably a Soviet-era, though I haven't located any records of its construction year. Assuming it's built under the USSR, its original fabric has been substantially obscured by a post-independence renovation that introduced terracotta cladding bands, new balcony railings, and a contemporary ground-floor commercial fit-out. The stepped roofline with bracketed parapet elements remains as one of the few legible traces of any original construction. It currently operates as the city's principal hotel, with 60 rooms, a restaurant, bar, and casino.
