Residential Block - Rîbnița Pobedy Avenue

A special residential block in Rybnitsa. Four nine-storey slabs, connected at the centre, set back from the avenue. Split into two pairs, the staggered arrangement gives a modular feel, as if the blocks were set down without much thought, or as if they could be moved a few metres again. Precast panels rendered in cream and grey, with a narrower stair section between each pair carrying vertical fins. It houses the central children’s library on the single-story annex.
