Central Bank of Moldova Annex

A lower annex block extends along Constantin Tănase Street from the base of the National Bank tower, continuing the building's precast concrete screen facade across its full street-facing elevation. The repeating interlocking pattern of the cladding, a grid of rounded rectangular forms, is the primary architectural feature, applied uniformly across the surface and functioning as both sun protection and decorative skin. At street level the building currently houses retail and commercial tenants.
