Bus Stop - Tretesti

A standard-issue post-independence rural bus stop of the type found across Moldovan villages, particularly those that received no shelter during the Soviet period. Several standardised designs appear to have been deployed in this programme, typically rendered in white, light blue, or pink. This example, serving the village of Tretești, follows the most minimal of the variants: a flat concrete canopy on two solid piers enclosing a single open bay, with the village name painted in blue lettering on the fascia panel. The composition is entirely utilitarian, with no decorative treatment.
