This col relief on the facade of the National Botanical Garden Institute "Alexandru Ciubotaru" in Chișinău presents botanical motifs. The top left section includes a prominent stylized tree of life. (Fun fact: Moldova’s investment promotion agency, Invest Moldova, launched its country brand based on the symbol "Tree of Life" in 2014 to represent the values and features of Moldavian tourism.) A grid of recessed square panels follows, each carved with abstracted plant forms, tulips, and floral rosettes as well as over half a dozen stylized peacocks face.
